Sustainability & Clean Tech

Marketing today is judged on performance, conversion, and measurable commercial impact. We recruit the senior marketers who lead that work, the strategists who shape direction, and the digital specialists who deliver the numbers. We recruit nationally, and our strongest networks are in Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire, where we’ve spent years building relationships with the people who run the marketing functions in this region. Stats panel [TBC] What we recruit for Why work with us What our candidates say Working with Kayleigh to secure my next job has been nothing short of fantastic. Her customer service was 10/10, working closely with me to understand exactly what I was looking for in my next role and was with me every step of the way. Her commitment to find the best fit for me, coupled with her speed in coming back on any enquiries and updates, made job hunting the easiest it has ever been! Project Manager, placed by Kayleigh Clark

Our Approach

Our clean tech consultants stay in this fast-moving sector rather than treating it as an extension of general engineering or science recruitment. They know the difference between a battery chemist with cell-level experience and one whose career has been in pack and module design. They understand why a polymer scientist from one industry might be the breakthrough hire for a sustainability-led business, and why a sustainability lead from a corporate background might or might not transfer into a scale-up environment. That kind of judgement is what we bring to every brief, and it’s why most of our work here is repeat business.

  • Culture fit alongside CV fit. Sales is a personality job, and we screen for both the skills and the character that will actually close deals in your business.
  • Cross-sector credibility. We work across construction sites, semiconductor fabs, and biotech labs, and we know how to talk to each market.
  • Honest communication. You’ll get straight answers and quick callbacks, and we won’t fob you off when things are slower than you’d like.

How We Work

Our work covers permanent, contract, and interim briefs across clean tech and sustainability, and we’ll always be straight with you on the role – whether the salary’s where it needs to be for this market, where the spec might benefit from refining, and which type of hire suits the situation if you want our view. Permanent hires usually make sense for the engineers, scientists, and specialists who’ll build long-term capability into the business. Contract or interim works well for defined research programmes, certification work, scale-up projects, and the periods where a business needs specialist input without permanent overhead. A lot of our clients run both.
