How We Work

We work across permanent, contract, and interim briefs in precision engineering, and we’ll always be straight with you on what’s realistic – whether the salary matches the technical capability you’re after, where the brief might need refining, and which type of hire suits the situation if you want our view. Permanent hires usually make most sense for the engineers and managers who’ll build long-term capability into the business. Contract or interim works well for project peaks, machine commissioning, programme delivery, or when you need senior technical capability without long-term overhead. A lot of our clients use both.
