How We Work

We work across permanent, contract, and interim briefs in life sciences and pharma, and we’ll always give you a straight read on the role – whether the salary band is competitive in this market, where the spec might benefit from refining, and which type of hire fits the situation if you want our take. Permanent hires usually make most sense for the scientists, engineers, and leaders who’ll build long-term R&D or production capability. Contract or interim works well for defined research programmes, clinical milestones, regulatory submissions, and periods of operational change. Plenty of our clients run both.
