• Improve onsite journeys and boost conversion
• Use data and CX tools to find opportunities
• Optimise navigation, taxonomy, content and search
• Run A/B tests and deliver data led improvements
• Lead and develop two team members

• Digital merchandising or ecommerce trading experience
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Ability to influence cross functional teams
• A proactive, customer first mindset
