How We Work

Our work covers permanent, contract, and interim manufacturing briefs, and we’ll always give you a straight view on the role – what’s realistic at your salary band, where the spec might benefit from a tweak, and which type of hire makes sense if you want our take. Permanent hires usually work best for the operations and management roles you need long-term as the production engine of the business. Contract or interim is often the right call for plant ramp-ups, line transfers, capital project delivery, and periods of operational change. Many of our clients run both side by side.
