I’ve become really passionate about engineering recruitment because it is an industry that is absolutely critical to every day life, yet it rarely gets the attention or credit it deserves. Almost everything that we consume will have been so because engineers have kept production lines running, fixed machinery and worked around the clock to ensure life keeps moving. There are some real challenges hiring into the industry, but I enjoy working with candidates and customers alike to overcome them. There are incredible careers to be had in the sector and if either of my children want to get into engineering, I would be over the moon!
Getting hounded by my two daughters to play football, basketball or at the park. Working out, watching football, cooking and most importantly, eating. I love going abroad on holiday and in the tiny amount of time left over, I try to read as many books as I can on psychology and the mind.
