Full Stack Developer – React / React Native

Hybrid (Lincolnshire) | Permanent | £55k–£60k

A well‑established digital technology organisation is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join its growing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across modern front‑end frameworks, cloud‑native back‑end services, and high‑quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

React and React Native development for responsive web and mobile applications
API and microservice development using cloud‑ready, modular approaches
Integration with headless CMS platforms and modern commerce systems
Ensuring strong performance, accessibility, and SEO standards
Contributing to a shared design system and component library
Working collaboratively within an Agile, cross‑functional team

Candidate Profile

Proven experience with React and React Native
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
Experience building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
Familiarity with cloud‑native deployments and CI/CD pipelines
Strong focus on performance, accessibility, and secure development practices
