Software Engineer

Up to £65k per annum

5 days per week on‑site due to project classification

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of product stability, reliability, and long‑term system health. You’ll be the person who digs into complex issues, identifies root causes, and implements durable fixes that improve the experience for both customers and internal engineering teams.

You will:

Build deep knowledge of the system architecture
Improve platform resilience and reliability
Reduce technical debt through sustainable engineering solutions
Influence engineering velocity and overall product quality

What We’re Looking For

Strong Software Engineering experience
Solid background in C++, Java, or Rust
Willingness to learn and develop in Ada
Experience working in an Agile environment
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test scripting
Interest in developing deep architectural understanding
Experience with performance tuning and root‑cause analysis
