My career in recruitment happened almost by accident. I joined The ONE Group in 2011 on a consultancy basis to implement a range of new technologies into our back office operational process. That done I found myself in an environment with passionate owners and committed colleagues looking to grow and develop a strong recruitment base in our region.
Roll forward almost 10 years and my role as Finance Director takes operational responsibility for the delivery of all support functions to our talented recruitment group. I am proud to have helped shape our journey over these past years and playing my part in creating a bigger and better business in that time. That work continues and as passionate, forward-thinking Directors, we share a commitment to the same underlying principle – continuously develop our people, tools and processes, while offering excellent service and results to our clients and candidates.
My time outside of work is spent trying to play golf (without great success) and enjoying life in Cambridge with my wife and 2 daughters.
