Since joining The ONE Group, I’ve enjoyed getting under the skin of businesses, understanding what success looks like, and then finding the people who can help make it happen. I focus on building long-term relationships rather than simply filling vacancies, and pride myself on being honest, responsive and easy to work with. By combining an extensive network with a proactive search approach, I help businesses secure talented software and data professionals who are often difficult to find through traditional recruitment methods.
At the weekend, you’ll usually find me hiking in the Lake District, training for my next running challenge, travelling somewhere new, or spending quality time with my girlfriend, family and friends. I’m also passionate about music and cars, and last year had the opportunity to drive a single-seater race car at Silverstone.
